1. Our Role

Castle Ready Travel acts as your planning partner, coordinating with suppliers (such as Disney, Universal, cruise lines, and other vendors). We do not own or operate these services directly, and their individual terms and conditions also apply.

 

2. Planning Fees

• Trips may be subject to planning fees, depending on the complexity and level of support required.
• Planning fees secure your personalized itinerary and are non‑refundable once work begins.
• Fees cover time, expertise, and support, not supplier costs.

 

3. Payments

• Supplier payments are made directly to the vendor (Disney, Universal, cruise line, etc.).
• Payment schedules and deadlines are set by each supplier. We’ll remind you of these dates, but responsibility for timely payment rests with the traveler.

 

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Refunds of supplier costs are subject to each vendor’s individual policies and may vary.
• Planning fees are non‑refundable.
• Supplier penalties may apply to cancellations or changes, depending on the timing and terms set by the vendor.
• We’ll always do our best to minimize costs and support you through the process.

 

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and other required documents.
• Castle Ready Travel is not liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

 

6. Responsibility & Liability

• Castle Ready Travel is not responsible for acts of suppliers, government actions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during travel.

 

7. Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events.

 

8. Communication

• We’ll provide clear timelines, reminders, and updates throughout your planning process.
• Please notify us promptly of any changes to your plans so we can adjust accordingly.

 

9. Pre‑Cruise Travel

Recommendation
To help ensure a smooth start to your vacation, Castle Ready Travel strongly recommends booking a hotel stay near the cruise port for the night before embarkation.
• This helps safeguard against flight delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers who choose not to book a pre‑cruise hotel assume full responsibility for missed embarkation and any associated costs.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Castle Ready Travel’s services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. This includes understanding that planning fees may apply, that supplier policies govern refunds and changes, and that Castle Ready Travel cannot override vendor rules.
